Hoover, also known as "Houdini", is our head wether. Before we moved the boys to the new barn, he was responsible for probably 90% of our escapes. He has a tendency to watch us as we erect new fences, studying them to find any weak spots. Once he finds a spot, he alerts the other goats so that they can escape too. He seems happier in the new pasture, but is still usually the first one at the gate trying to get out at feeding time.

Strawberry is our second wether. Though all three of our wethers were disbudded as kids, Strawberry's horns have grown back. Though he has horns, Strawberry is probably the calmest of our boys, generally obeying verbal requests to come, or step back, or to stop chewing on my clothing.

Blackberry is the third of our wether brothers. He used to be very tempermental, but has settled down since taking over the responsibility of mentoring our little buck, Marble. He and Marble share a pen, separated from the others, where he has never been happier.
